From that first phone call through project completion, our team is with you every step of the way. Here at DWC Designs, we have a proven process that we walk through with you to ensure your vision comes through. It all starts with a phone call.

Since we work largely with general contractors, we are often competing with other designers for the window treatment job, whether for a 200-unit apartment building, a school, or a business office.

First, we submit a bid for the project. If awarded, we give the general contractors submittals to review with the architect. From blue prints and field measures to design and installation, each project could take up to a year or longer.

Regardless of the type of project we take on, rest assured the team at DWC is committed to the highest quality materials and installation by skilled designers and technicians.

For homeowners, the process is a bit different.

Phone consultation:

This is a basic overview of what you’re looking for, from number of windows to design ideas. We’ll also discuss budget at this time to determine how your project will fit in.

On-site consultation:

Next, we’ll come out to your home to take measurements, discuss options of various products and services, go over pricing in more detail, and determine time frame of installation.

Installation:

At a time convenient for you, our team will once again visit your home to perform all installation work. We’ll let you know ahead of time what you need to do to prepare for our visit. We will do everything we can to work quickly yet efficiently so you can get back to your routine in no time.
